Design Adjustment

We fit the photo to your preferred ratio, such as square or rectangular, and refine the layout so that people or key scenes do not fall across piece boundaries. The number of pieces and difficulty level are also set at this stage.
Laser Cutting

Based on the confirmed design, we laser-cut the wooden panel. We take the panel thickness and wood grain into account to ensure clean cut edges.
Finishing and Packaging

We smooth the edges of the pieces, tidy up the photo image, and check the finished puzzle before packing it. If you are ordering it as a gift, please let us know your packaging preferences in advance.
